For the January Challenge, I want to introduce a fun but powerful “Versus” element: Team Alondra vs. Team Vee. Each of us will lead a team with one shared mission — real, lasting life change. This challenge isn’t about the number on the scale; it’s about visible body transformation, strength, confidence, and consistency. Two teams, two leaders, one goal: become the strongest version of you.
