a Volleyball specific performance program.
-
Train.
We will never overtrain your athlete. It’s our mission to provide your athlete with the correct amount of stimulus to warm up muscles fibers for a great practice or speed up the recovery process with a post practice lift. We focus on speed, vertical, landing mechanics and injury prevention/mitigation. These workouts are designed with your volleyball player in mind.
-
Recovery.
We pride ourselves by being one of the few performance programs that prioritize recovery. We all know this sport is constantly “in season.” so recovery is pivotal. Injuries come from improper mechanics and the lack of sleep, nutrition, stretch AND overall recovery. We want your athlete healthy and on the court. Making recovery our favorite job ensures just that.
-
Nutrition.
Proper nutrition is essential for your athlete as it provides the energy required to perform at their best, supports muscle growth and repair, and aids in faster recovery after exercise. A well-balanced diet enhances stamina, speed, agility, and mental focus—qualities that are essential for success in sports. Additionally, maintaining adequate hydration and consuming the right nutrients can decrease fatigue and reduce the risk of injury. By prioritizing nutrition, we will be leading in understanding the foundational principles for a healthy athlete.
Recovery
is crucial.
Your athletes have been crushing recovery. Marc Pro, Normatec, breath-work, stretch and foam roll. We will be introducing new recovery modalities in March. In the thick of season recovery becomes even more paramount. We will do our best to keep your athlete healthy.
